There are a few things I would like you to know to improve your life.
First of all, I would like you to realise that your autistic son will be well supported and cared for. If you think how far he has come. He will have a bright future and every challenge that he comes across, he will be supported through it. He will stay safe because of the wonderful care he is getting.
Your daughter will grow up to be a wonderful woman. Give her all the support she needs with her dreams and educate her. As well as support at school, teach her how to take care of herself, fulfill her dreams and how to live a happy life. Most of all, teach her to be herself.
I want to tell you to forgive all those who have harmed you. You will suffer from bad experiences and treatment from others. When people are nasty, it is usually issues with themselves and their own problems, you are just someone to take it out on.
Keep motivating yourself each day. Fill your mind with positivity so your mind stays healthy and focused.
Set goals. Not just work goals but relationship goals. Work goals are what you want to achieve in your business. Relationship goals are how you treat people around you, where you want your relationships to go and spending time with the people you love. Also, set goals for things you want to have and what you need.
Spend a little time each day doing something you love. It can be as little as a short walk or a cup of tea in a cafe with your favourite cake.
Learn that you are responsible for your own happiness and thoughts. You are completely in control of your life and if something does not work, change it. You are not responsible for anyone else’s happiness. Let them deal with their own feelings.
Do things that you want today, there might not be a tomorrow. You don’t know how much longer you will be here.
Be kind and courteous to others. You want to keep your surroundings positive and have friends to count on. Make an effort with your friends and keep in touch, even if it only means a text message or phone call. Let them know you are thinking about them.
Do not worry unnecessarily about things. Your life will take care of itself. Worrying does not change things. Only you have the power to change things that you can change. If it can’t be changed, accept it. Things we worry about do not usually happen so deal with problems as they arise.
Be true to yourself and be kind to yourself. If something is, it is. Don’t let people take advantage of you, be fair to them and also be fair to yourself.
Always be yourself. Do not change for anyone. People have to accept you for who you are. Happiness comes from being yourself and not having to meet other people’s expectations.
Create lots of happy memories so you can look back. Keep a photo album of memories so it is easier to remember them.
Life is a rocky road so keep moving forward and things will work out fine. You will be strong enough to deal with problems and you will be able to maintain a positive outlook. Remember the Law of Attraction.
When selling products, there is a great advantage in having a passion and interest in what we sell. Learning that they work and that we want to use them increases the belief for ourselves as well as the customer. We can comfortably sell products because we believe what we are saying about the product is true.
If we use the products we sell ourselves, we will have a good knowledge of how they work and how to use them. We can describe the features and benefits of each product. For example, if we are selling a face cream and we use it ourselves, we are able to share our experiences of using the product. We will also have a knowledge of how it meets the needs of the customer. We can also back up what is claimed about the product.
Being able to show how products work gives our customers a feeling of trust towards us and we can be completely honest and upfront about how genuine they are. This provides a better service to customers and adds value to our business.
For me, I have a great passion and interest in the products that I sell. If there is something I need for the house or cosmetics, I use my own products. The reason is I believe they work and do what they say. I will not sell a product I do not believe in.
Getting customers to review products they have bought gives me a feeling of satisfaction that the customer is happy with their purchase. It also gives me an insight into the products I have not yet had a chance to use myself. After all, I want customers to be happy and satisfied with the products they buy.

I have returned from a fantastic training event with Dave O’Connor. It was a one-day event so I took the opportunity to attend to learn great habits for my business.
The first habit I learned was having good self-talk. If we think every morning how we want to be that day, it will put us in a good mindset for the rest of the day. We get addicted to negativity and negative thoughts, so focusing on the good will reduce levels of negativity. Following the 3:1 ratio of 3 positives to 1 negative will make us feel better overall. Focus on what is going right, not what is going wrong and it is important not to compare ourselves to others. I learned that we can change our state of mind in an instant. With the right input, we can change from negative to positive, sad to happy. Positivity keeps us motivated, it is just down to good habits. Feelings such as fear, what others think about us, change and failure are some things that hold us back. We should work on our thoughts and be the sort of people we want others to be attracted to. Successful people have endless energy and they overcome their challenges.
The next important habit I learned is having a goal to work towards. If we see what we want and focus on it, we will achieve it. Every morning and evening we should write down any goals we have so we are revisiting them every day. Each day, we need to work on something that takes us closer to our goals. If it does not take us towards our goals, we should not bother with it.
Being persistent is a great skill for success. If we fail, we should embrace the failure and keep moving on. If we stop, we will not achieve what we want. If we put ourselves first, we will become better people. This does not mean neglecting others and treating them badly, it is about taking a little time for ourselves each day to meditate, relax or do something we really enjoy so we have the energy to keep going.
Taking action is essential for achieving results. If we do not act, we will not do the work to achieve the results. Act every day towards achieving.
Belief will motivate us. If we believe we can have it all and decide greatness is our destiny, in time we will achieve what we want. We also have to know what we want and why we want it.

Life gives us challenges from every direction. If life has taught me anything it is how short our lives are and we have to make the best out of the time we have. Sooner or later we have to decide to keep what is productive and loose what is not productive. So, no matter how big or small, why not make our mark and do something to improve our lives that we can be remembered for?
People have a bad habit of wasting time not making an effort to improve anything in life. The reality is, people are responsible for the problems in the world. We could achieve so much more solving problems rather than creating them. Everything in life can be turned into something for the better. We learn from problems which makes us stronger. If we are unable to change a problem or a situation, accept it and find something else to replace it with. If we loose a loved one, why not create a memorial for them, it could be something as simple as a scrapbook with pictures about their life.
Keeping positive is great for our mental health. The world around us is so negative. Instead of feeding ourselves with negativity, we should spend time with people we love and have a laugh on a regular basis. Why not, it costs nothing.
Never hold a grudge. We all make mistakes and see things differently. The best way is to come together and find a solution. If we miss the boat, we might never get another chance. If we are unable to find a solution, the best way is to just walk away. At the end of the day, life is too short for battles that do not have positive outcomes.
It is important for us to fill our lives with things we enjoy. There are times when we have to do things we do not want to do, but if we spend time doing the things we love and balance it with our work, it makes our lives much more enjoyable.
While working on my personal development I think to myself, does luck have a role to play in our success?
In my opinion, being lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time can make a difference. However, we can get plenty of opportunities being in the right place at the right time but do not do the work so we will fail. We can go through endless struggles, but through hard work we become successful. Being in the right place at the right time can make us successful more quickly, provided we work for it.
Success is about taking action. If we do not take action, we will not be successful. In order to achieve anything, we have to learn the necessary skills. Luck when taking action at the right time will increase our chances, but it does not mean that if we take action at a different time we will not achieve success. We have to become knowledgeable about our passions. Sometimes the action taken at a certain time does not give us success, but if we keep working at what we want, we will be successful, it is just a matter of time. Keep working until the right time comes along.
Being lucky enough to live a more privileged life can give us bigger opportunities and the money to work towards what we want to achieve, but again, if we do not work hard we will not achieve what we want.
Being lucky enough to have a natural positive attitude is great for success, but if we are not naturally positive, this is an area that can be worked on. Keeping positive when the right time comes will increase our chances of success, but if we do not have a positive attitude at that time, it can hold us back. Keeping a positive attitude at times of difficulty will increase our chances of success in the long run. Keep positive and things will fall into place. When we are positive this also improves our relationships with others. The way we view our situation has an impact on the outcome. Feeling sorry for ourselves does hold us back, but how well we pick ourselves up once we fall depends on our results. Sometimes it takes us many attempts at success until we achieve it.
So, I think becoming successful comes down to a variety of factors. The right time for success or we are ready for success, taking action and learning the skills to maintain our success, having the tools to succeed and a positive attitude. I do believe that the outcome of our life depends on the actions we take and the attitude we have.
When I first learned about manifestation, I thought this could never work. The reality is, if we really think about it, it makes sense. It is about knowing what we really want and the belief that these things will really come to us. There is a difference between wanting things and really knowing that we want. If we know what we want, we will know or learn how to work towards it. We have to really focus on our desires, this will reduce our resistance to achieving them. We are good at talking ourselves out of things by saying ‘I can’t do this’ or ‘I don’t deserve this’ or ‘there is not enough time’, does this sound familiar?
When we focus on what we want, we think about the actions we need to take to achieve it. When we focus on the end result, it will lead us to the right path. Being grateful as if we have already achieved it, even if we have not, will also help us focus. This tricks the mind into thinking we have achieved our desires. We manifest in our minds what we have now, so if we are manifesting bad things, we have to change it.
Setting goals how to achieve what we want is essential or we will never move towards success. It all comes down to the choices we make.
Work is also an essential component. Work is success. Dreams – Work – Success. We all dream, but dreams will not become real without doing the work. The difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is successful people don’t allow anything to stop them and they take action towards what they want. Unsuccessful people don’t take action because they talk themselves out of things. Put this into practical use. I have learned from teaching that success when learning a musical instrument depends if we give up or continue to practise.
When we make the decision to be in a good mood, people will want to be around us. Thinking positive not only makes us feel good but makes positive experiences, negative thinking makes negative experiences. When things go wrong, success depends on picking ourselves up and trying again.
Above all, learn to be patient. Success takes time and things do not happen overnight.

We are all guilty of hesitating and talking ourselves out of doing something. There are ways to take action by following these few steps.
Be selective with tasks. Start the most difficult first even though it is tempting to do it last, it will be done and you can relax. Prioritise each task so if it has to be done, it cannot be left to the next day. Complete each task you set out to work on.
Develop habits through practise and repetition. Tasks will eventually be part of your daily routine. You will feel more positive when you achieve what you need to do.
Have clear, written goals and set deadlines so they are achieved. List what you have to do, set out a plan and do something each day towards achieving them.
Plan each day in advance. Plan what you are going to do that day and when. Do the most important tasks first and anything that is not completed that day, do tomorrow. Each completed task can be ticked off your list.
Focus on high value tasks that achieve more. This can be activities that help you achieve your goals. Hard work has positive consequences. Procrastinate on low value tasks that can be left undone and there will be no loss. Cut back on time-consuming tasks and activities such as watching TV.
Use ABCDE to prioritise tasks. A as a very important task that has to be completed quickly. Do it before anything else. Delegate tasks that can be delegated. Do tasks yourself that can be done only by you so, if you do not do it, it does not get done at all. Improve on areas where you perform poorly.
Take tasks a step at a time. Concentrate on three tasks so you do not get overwhelmed. When you have completed a task, add another to your list.
Balance work with family. Moderation in all things is important for your well-being. Work hard when you are working and relax and spend time with your family when you are not working. The more time you spend with people, the happier you will be.
Prepare before you start. Gather everything for the task, lay it out and get started. One step at a time.
Keep learning new things. This gives you confidence. It will make you more productive and effective.
Identify what you do well and enjoy. What you learn in life can never be taken from you. Identify weaknesses and find a solution.
Put a little pressure on yourself. Set high standards. Imagine that you have only today to achieve your tasks. Imagine you are going away on holiday the next day and you have to complete your tasks before you go.
Overworking can affect how well we produce and we start to make mistakes. Work on the time of day you function best. Get enough sleep, so go to bed early. Have a day off in the week so you can recharge and go on holiday regularly. Eat healthy and take exercise.
Motivate yourself through positive talk, being optimistic is important for motivation and success. Always talk positively to others. You become what you think about.
Take time away from technology. Turn it off at regular intervals. It gives you time to gather thoughts. Technology can be addictive.
Cut your tasks down and do one part at a time. Set aside time for tasks such as; calls, reading, etc. Organise them into time periods to achieve the task.
Develop a sense of urgency, build up momentum and get tasks done quickly and fast so you have time to start new ones.
Self-discipline is the key with periods of hard concentrated work with no distractions or diversions.
Following the above steps will prevent procrastination and you will achieve your highest performance and productivity.

Having total freedom to live our lives the way we want to live is something we all dream of. Getting paid whether we are at work or if we are ill, we are still making money. This is called a passive income.
There are many ways to make a passive income such as, through the rental of properties or joining a network marketing company.
When we decide the way we want to make a passive income, we should spend our time learning how to do it and then we can reap the rewards. However, it is a journey that takes time, it does not happen overnight.
We should have goals and dreams to motivate us. Write them down in present tense as if they have already happened. Keep a notebook or journal of all the goals and dreams that we want. Belief is what keeps us motivated, doubt and hesitation is self-sabotage, we will never get around to doing anything with that approach.
Learn three simple steps and keep it simple, do not complicate things. For my business the three steps are retail, sponsor and training. Write down goals that get us excited, limit to three, then add more each time one has been accomplished.
How we interpret a situation is what drives our actions to succeed or fail. For example, if we were to fail in a business, depending if we pick ourselves up and brush ourselves off would depend on how we looked at the situation. The first scenario would be saying to ourselves, “I am no good at running a business, I might as well give up” with a different scenario, “I am going to learn more about how to run a business and try again”. How we feel about a situation guides how we take action. Holding onto our beliefs is the way to succeed.

Keeping motivated can be challenging. Using a vision board can be an effective way of visualising what we want. It creates a desire and helps us keep motivated and stay focused.
A vision board can be changed if we want, it can be done weekly, monthly or yearly. It is a simple board with pictures of what we desire and what inspires us. We must look at it on a daily basis and it has to be put somewhere that it can be seen every day.
My first picture on my vision board would be my income. I want to work towards earning £2000 per month. Over time this will change, but for now, this is what I want to earn.
My next picture would be owning my own property. I would like to own a house with my own swimming pool.
I would also like to own a property abroad. Morocco would be a place I would love. The weather is good all year round and it is not too far from the UK.
I want to work on my relationships. I will not be able to keep everyone happy and I want to stay out of hostility, so I will spend time with those who want to spend time with me and who help me grow. I want to feel that I can get on with my life and enjoy it in a positive and happy way.
I want to create a good balance between work and pleasure. I want to have time with family and friends, doing the things I love and not spending all my time working.
Working on my personal development is very important to me. It will guide me in the right direction in my life and help me grow and be a better person. To achieve this, I want to read one personal development book per week.
Finally, I want to visit places I have not been to before. Experience new cultures, new food and new people.
Each day I will look at my vision board to inspire and motivate me.
