My New Good Habits

I have decided to start walking more and using the car less because it not only saves money but helps me keep fit too. I am tracking the distance I walk each day. Buying a Fitbit will be helpful because I am not sure how effective these apps are. Any ideas anyone?

Doing my customer base on foot helps me combine exercise with work. It will strengthen my heart and lungs, improve my cardiovascular system and burn calories, so I can get my body into shape and lose weight. I am a working mother, so it is difficult to find the time to exercise, so this solves the problem for me.
