Tapping is a simple technique that actually works!

When I was researching online for simple therapies to help with anxiety, stress and negative thoughts, I came across Tapping or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I thought that this cannot possibly be effective, but when I tried it, it really does reduce the problems. Brad Yates has dozens of videos on different therapies. It can be used for a variety of reasons such as procrastination, limiting beliefs, improving relationships and so on.

How tapping works:

1 Identify the problem.

2 Identify words that represent the problem.

3 Rate how high you are from 0 – 10 with your problem at this present moment.

4 Start tapping on the side of the hand, then the eyebrow point, then the side of the eye, then under the eye, then under the nose, then the chin, then the collar bone and lastly under your arm. Each area you tap you recite the words that represent the problem.

5 Rate your problem on how you feel now between 0 – 10.

6 You continue this over again until you reach zero intensity.
